WS series cooling agent, also known as Koolada, is the new generation cooling ingredient alternative to menthol. Unlike traditional menthol, WS-23 delivers clean, smooth cooling sensation with almost no mint aroma, no bitter aftertaste, no sharp stinging or numbing feeling. It features excellent thermal stability, maintains cooling effect under high temperature sterilization and baking process, low volatility and long-lasting cooling for 15–30 mins. Compatible with most flavors and raw materials, low dosage required. We supply full WS series with different cooling intensity for diverse formulation requirements.
